Group Classes

-Total Body: Hitting every part of your body, this 45-min sweat, sculpt and smile sesh ALWAYS integrates cardio bursts for the most effective workout (and that beloved after-burn HIIT-style workouts create!). From fat burning and cardiovascular health to toning, sculpting and balance, you’ll feel fully recharged from TB. Every class will be totally different, so you’ll never get bored, and it’s safe for all ages and fitness levels.

-Booty/Abs: Want to get that booty popping and those abs ripped? Come join me for toning, sculpting and burn out of your entire core: glutes, inner thigh, abs, obliques and outer thigh. B/A also includes cardio bursts to ensure you get that P4 after-burn you love.

-P4 Pre-Natal: Made specially for mamas-to-be, this Pilates-based, full body class provides a pregnancy-safe option for all trimesters. We’ll hit the entire body, enjoy pre-natal perfect ab work (it’s about that transverse abdominis!), and use low-impact cardio to get that sweat you love…while keeping you and your little one secure.

-P4 Focus: With a rotating focus each week, this class will allow you to dig in to focus points like barre, stretch or heavy lifting. Check the schedule each week to see what treat I have in store!

Private Sessions

Private Sessions

Tailored, ultra-personal 45-minute sessions are crafted to fly toward your unique goals by using a 360-degree approach for mind, body, soul and your OWN FIRE. Our time will be adapted not only to your overall aims, but also to your needs and goals on that specific day. We'll dig into my toolbox and use everything that's beneficial to you. Perhaps one day we'll use heavy weight lifting, a guided meditation and some raw vocalization to help you after an intense workday. Or, when you're feeling light-spirited, we'll leverage that to go hard with plyometrics and tabata, as well as focused sculpting and a harnessing qi gong exercise. Each session will start with a five-minute check-in to touch base and ensure we’re agile and aware of your ever-shifting emotional and physical landscape.
