I’m Phoenix, your personal trainer and coach. And I’m here to help you fly.

I’m fiery…in a warm, passionate way; in a let’s connect way; in a let’s dig into the feedback loop between mental and physical work way; in a let’s access joy, understand pain, and honor ALL our colors way; in a let’s DO this way. 

As a NASM, TRX, Xtend Barre and Pilates mat certified personal trainer and coach, I’ve always approached life this way, including my many years as a professional dancer. Injury care plus simple maintenance led me to investigate a slew of fitness options, physical therapy, integrative healing and Eastern medicine.

During my career, I had to figure out: How do I heal my inflamed hip? Or how do I stay focused, calm, confident AND inspired in a room filled with competition? And, how would I integrate my emotional, mental and physical work to evolve effectively, efficiently and joyfully.

Since my questions led me to study all over the map, I built a huge base of knowledge, from anatomy and kinesiology to mindful healing and application of the mind-body connection. Most importantly, I learned how to blend everything I found in creative, practical ways.

Soon, many of my friends, dancers and otherwise, were coming to me to help them with similar issues. It was clear: Helping others through a 360˚ wellness approach would be my next adventure…and ultimately my life’s work.
